Professional Portrait Sketching Course
The first recorded use of charcoals as an artistic medium was in cave paintings around 28,000 years ago. With time, charcoal has established itself as a widely sought-after medium.
Charcoal is a versatile medium, one that is worth mastering even though it takes time, patience and practice. Our professional portrait sketching courses will help you see that putting in the time and work for this medium is worth it.
Non-Certified Courses
At Pencil & Chai, we provide two professional portrait sketching courses which consist of two modules and are designed for people who have already tried their hand at charcoal portraiture.
The first module covers the foundations of sketching, and it happens over 1 month. The second module covers more detailed areas of portraiture. The second module is covered over two months. This course will be completed in 3 months.
The other one is a 4-month course which delves deeper into fundamentals, head studies and feature studies. This is meant for people who want to further hone their skills in the field.
