PAC EXPOX – An Art Exhibition for students, from Pencil & Chai
Coloring India Foundation’s educational division, Pencil And Chai is proud to share one of the best events in town – PAC EXPOX an Art Exhibition by the students of Pencil and Chai.
This art festival will see a number of brilliant, extraordinary budding fine artists, exclusively from Pencil and Chai showcasing their talents in this arena.
The focus of the Art Exhibition:
PAC EXPOX students art exhibition aims to showcase the new talents to the public, a crowd of people who support you and your artwork.
The art exhibition helps you to work more productively and keeps inspiring you the artist in you to the better one day by day.
Who Should register for it and why ?
This art exhibition is exclusively for students of Pencil and Chai. It lets you experience the real work of art, live.
- Firstly, the process of making an artwork is not an easy task. An individual has to work on it, day and night to achieve the best results. In such a process, he/she gets to know about his own artistic abilities and talents.
- Secondly, such self realisation will arouse the need to create masterpieces, and motivate the individuals to achieve higher in their work.
- The best artworks speak volumes about the amount of hard work, dedication and perseverance an individual has put up and will garner a lot of attention from the audiences.
Art exhibition schedule: The art fair will be conducted for 4 days, starting from 2nd of March till the 5th March 2018.

Simple And Strict Rules:
- Participants should be a Pencil and Chai Fine Arts Gurukul Student.
- The participant can exhibit any three artworks of their choice, medium, subject wise.
Only A3 size artworks shall be permitted, with a frame. - If you are artwork is bigger than A3 (half imperial/full imperial) only two artwork is allowed.
- All the artworks should reach the gallery area/to the office on or before 1st March 2018.
- Installation of the artwork absolutely depends on the registration number. If your registration number is 01, you will get to exhibit the artwork at the entrance of the gallery and the next will follow the sides.
- Entry Fee: The entry fee for the participants is 1500 INR that is inclusive for 4 days of the event.
Last date to enroll:
- This art exhibition is for limited participants.
- Registrations will be closed after allocated seats are filled.
- The participants will have entry only if they have completed their registration,
- The last date to submit your application is on or before 20th February 2018.
Visitors are also welcome to have a glimpse of the artworks produced by our talented students, from 10:30 am to 7 pm.

- Wait for the registration id and confirmation message from Pencil and Chai.
Pencil and Chai’s responsibilities for PAC Expox, Art Exibition :
- All publicity including design and printing of invitations and/or posters, postage, listings, invitations, catalog/ essay, gallery map/list, signage
- Installation –It is the responsibility of both Pencil and Chai and the students to return the gallery space to its pre-installation conditions.
- All installation costs are included in the registration fee.
